FAQ'S

  • Will I be fully qualified?
    All our beginner in person courses are accredited by International Approval, meaning you can gain insurance to work on real clients following your course once your case studies have been submitted and approved you will be fully qualified.
  • What do I need to bring to my course?
    A full list of anything you need will be given to you prior to the course. All equipment you will need on the day will be provided. Free refreshments are provided. For full day courses you may wish to bring lunch or there are lots of places to buy lunch locally.
  • Can courses be refunded?
    Courses are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your course, at least 10 days notice before the course starts is required. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a new date.
  • How many people will I be training with?
    All courses are a maximum of 4 people, meaning you will get the most out of your training day. Mentoring is on a 1:1 basis.
  • Where is the training held?
    Our training studio is based at 190 Camden High Street, London NW1. No parking is available on site but there is pay and display parking nearby or there is Badger car park, a 3 minute walk from the studio situated at 211 Arlington road, NW1 7HE. Pre booking is highly recommended. Camden Town tube station on the Northern Line is a 1 minute walk. Camden Road station for the overground is a 7 minute walk.
  • How will my training day run?
    The day will consist of a mixture of theory, live demos and practical tasks. There will also be the chance to test different products and ask any questions you may have. Depending on the length of the class, we will also stop for lunch/break.
  • What support will I receive?
    You will receive all the support you need on the day. Our aim is to make sure you leave feeling confident to use the skills you have learnt. After the course they will be ongoing support by way of a private student hub, which you can join. Here you can ask questions, get advice and connect with other House Of TD members. We of course will be available for any help you made need.
  • Ways to pay
    Pay via credit or debit card. PayPal or spread the cost with PayPal pay in 3.
